Make RWD Work with your Design
It is
so cool that we have something like responsive web-design, but what to do to
make our design accomplish our goal.
Will it engage the users on all devices?
Will it help them to stay on our sites, and on our clients sites, and
ultimately, will it convert into increased sales?
There is only one constant in the
world of web design and development and that is change. We’ve been doing this
for 12+ years and have seen all sorts of design trends – good and bad.
While we welcome the chance to
redesign our client’s websites, we always stress that a redesign needs to be
based on more than just personal taste.
While looking around the inter-webs
you will likely come across a site you really love. That’s great. It’s important
to be open to new ideas and different ways of presenting your brand. But, do
this cautiously.
Trends centered on Responsive Web-design
Many designers
are quickly adapting to the trend of responsive web-design. Responsive web-design helps to solve the
problem of one’s site being mobile friendly, which is a must, in regard to
search engine optimization. Going forward,
all digital professionals will embrace RWD continually.
